Warranty
FireFly honors all on-site services provided with a
full 30-day warranty . All parts and supplies come with a limited
90 day warranty. All Custom PC's come with a full 1 year warranty
on installed hardware.
The FireFly warranty covers full or partial
failure of the item installed or delivered by FireFly, provided
the item has not been tampered with or in any way modified from
its original configuration. Tampering and modifications include
additions, aesthetic modifications, over clocking, attempted
repairs (other than those by FireFly), cleaning, or neglect and
abuse.
Due to the nature of the industry and the
internet, certain services are not guaranteed but are still covered
under our 30-day service warranty. For example; Spyware, Malware, Adware, and
viruses are all forms of unintentional or unavoidable concerns from
everyday use of the internet. Even with a fully updated anti-spyware
or Virus programs, you may still receive unwanted infections. Please
take this into consideration when ordering related services from any
PC specialist.
Data recovery services can not be guaranteed due
to the nature of the recovery software involved and inherent issues. FireFly shall not be held liable for
any lost or damaged information during any service.
FireFly Professional Computer Solutions shall not
be held liable for any damages or problems caused by prior, existing
or future issues, providing the outstanding issue was not caused by
neglect or abuse of the FireFly technician. All service calls are
subject to inspection by FireFly at the completion of the ordered
services, and then signed upon by the computer owner signifying a
satisfactory completion and properly working hardware or software.
Any and all services provided remotely utilizing
the FireFlyRS software carry no warranty. FireFly Professional
Computer Solutions assumes no at risk faults due to complications
during or after any remote service. FireFly will honor all refunds
on charges placed for related remote assistance services, and which
no service was needed. However once agreed upon by the computer
owner (owner also encompasses any user who signifies they are
capable of making related decisions), all charges are final and
non-refundable.
