General Charges

General service charge (residential) - $60 an hour* ($90 an hour* after-hours emergency)
(commercial) - $80 an hour* ($120 an hour* after-hours emergency)  

Printer repair (residential) - $60 an hour* ($90 an hour* after-hour emergency)

Network installations (residential) - $75 (2 PC's), $25 for each additional piece of equipment (network hardware not included)

New PC set up - $75
Need help setting up that shiny new pc? Let us help you get the most out of your new computer. Video settings, audio settings, automatic updates and more, are all explained to you at the time of set up. Take advantage of the often overlooked Windows Vista "Ease of Access Center" (Accessibility in WindowsXP).

Take advantage of our training at the time of your new pc set up and learn how to email your friends and family, surf the web like an expert, or download music and videos! All for $125! (includes the 1 hour training package).

Component install - $10 - memory, $30 - motherboard, $20 - misc hardware

Windows / Linux OS install - $75
Includes some optional configurations. Examples include network settings, user accounts (up to 2), software (1 title), and audio/video driver support.

Family security and privacy setup - $60 (1 PC) each additional PC $20 **Vista ONLY**

Data backups - $40 (1 HD, hardware not included) *some restrictions apply*
