How do I start?

Email Support@FireFlyPCS.com with the type of service you need, along with your name and phone number and a technician will respond to your service ticket almost immediately with activation instructions.

Sit back and relax while we save your PC!

What do I need?

1. An active high speed internet connection like DSL or Cable modem.
2. A valid email address

3. A windows OS. Win95/98/ME/2000/XP/Vista

But how does it work?

After we are connected, watch as the technician controls the mouse just as if they were there in your chair! During the service you can even chat with the technician via the Chat panel. If the service connection is dropped accidently - don't panic! Our software will let you reconnect as soon as possible at the touch of a button.

In these rare cases a FULL refund will be given* **Remote support is offered during our normal business hours of Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Est. & Sat 10am-4pm Est. After hours emergency support is available at an increased rate of $90 an hour. All remote services are billed at a minimum of 1 hour and increment at 15 minute intervals.**
