FireFly Professional Computer Solutions is looking for a Technical
Field Engineer. Do you want to lose that "Geek" moniker and become a professional? Do you have a passion for technology and want to stay on the cutting edge of technology? We may have an opportunity for you! We are looking for a hard working technical field engineer to support our clients and their equipment. Basic computer repair and printer repair is a must. Experience in TV repair, laptops, networking solutions, data recovery practices, enterprise wireless networks, copier connectivity, server system builds, and router/switch support are a huge plus! A+ certification and Network+ certification required, or with equivalent experience you must achieve an A+ certification within 3 months. Higher level certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, DCSE and various printer/copier certifications highly desired. Requirements * Must have reliable transportation * Must carry your own standard PC repair tool set * Must be available to work on some Saturdays * Must carry an A+ certification or have 3 years equivalent experience * Must have experience in laptop repair, IP networks, and Windows/Linux OS's * Printer repair experience a plus * TV repair experience a plus * Router/switch experience is a huge plus * Must pass background and drug test * Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, and climb ladders if required Benefits * Flexible schedule, work when you want to! * Paid training * Additional certification testing provided * Competitive pay * You get paid to work with technology!
